Inspired by the firework-lit skies of Eid and the jewel-toned lanterns of Middle Eastern markets, Celestial Revel was designed by Haya Maktoum, a Dubai-based stylist and nail artist known for her maximalist aesthetic. She wanted to reimagine festive joy through nail art, where every sparkle tells a story of laughter, light, and luxury.

Her technique — a dense cluster layering of rhinestones — was originally applied to couture abaya embellishments. Haya created a wearable and unforgettable piece by translating that richness onto nails.
